Biography

Dr. Jamiu Adetayo Adeniran is a Reader and Ag. Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Ilorin. He holds B.Tech., MSc. and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering. He was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences, Peking University, Beijing – China. He is a registered Engineer with COREN, a Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers, the American Geophysical Union and others. He has the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health. He has served as a consultant to many local, national and international corporations on issues relation to environment especially air quality monitoring, air emission dispersion modeling, noise, environmental consequences modeling, climate change impact and life cycle Analysis. Dr. Adeniran has published over 80 papers in revered journals and has been privileged to be recipient of research grants.
