Dr. Elijah Olawale Ajala

Chemical Engineering
Dr. Elijah Olawale Ajala is a Reader in the Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria. He holds a B.Tech., MSc., and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering. He is a registered Engineer with COREN and a member of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers. He has served as the Faculty SWEP coordinator and a member of the Faculty Community-Based Experienced Scheme. Currently, the Ag. HoD of Chemical Engineering Department, and a member of the University Committee on Examinations and Scholarship. He has served as a reviewer for numerous reputable national and international journal outlets. Dr. Ajala has published over 60 papers in revered journal outlets. His area of research is in material valorisation and its applications in bioproduct development, biodiesel, and wastewater treatment.
